Article 1 — Purpose and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern all sales of products

and services offered by LEGENDE.AI on the website legende.ai and its subdomains.

Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs, which prevail over any other document.

Article 3 — Products and Services

LEGENDE.AI offers the following products and services:

  • The Legende Starter Kit: a physical box set including a Book of Inspiration, a Preparation

    Notebook, and guided conversation cards.

  • The AI-guided interview service, accessible via the Legende application (web and mobile).

  • Printing and binding of the completed memoir book (optional service).

  • Any other product or service listed on the website at the time of order.

Photographs and illustrations of products on the website are provided for indicative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

Article 4 — Pricing

Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges are specified before order validation.

LEGENDE.AI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

Article 5 — Ordering

The ordering process includes the following steps:

  • Selection of product(s) and addition to the shopping cart.

  • Verification of cart contents and choice of delivery method.

  • Entry of billing and delivery information.

  • Acceptance of these T&Cs.

  • Payment validation.

The order is final only upon confirmation of payment. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the buyer.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or any other payment method available on the website at the time of order. Payments are secured by a PCI-DSS certified provider. LEGENDE.AI does not store any banking data.

In case of payment failure or irregular payment, LEGENDE.AI reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.

Article 7 — Delivery

7.1 Physical products

Physical products (Starter Kit, printed books) are delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of order. Delivery times are indicative only. A delivery delay cannot give rise to order cancellation or damages, unless the delay exceeds 30 days from the order date.

Risk transfer occurs upon receipt of the parcel by the buyer. In case of damaged packaging, the buyer must note reservations with the carrier and contact LEGENDE.AI within 48 hours of receipt.

7.2 Digital services

Access to the AI-guided interview service is provided upon user account creation and effective payment. The service is available 24/7, subject to scheduled maintenance.

Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal

8.1 Physical products

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason or pay any penalties.

To exercise this right, the buyer must notify their decision by email to contact@legende.ai or by post to the registered office. The product must be returned in its original condition, complete and unused, within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

LEGENDE.AI will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for the original order.

8.2 Digital services

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium when performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Article 9 — Warranties

9.1 Legal warranty of conformity

In accordance with Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, LEGENDE.AI is bound

by the legal warranty of conformity. The buyer has a period of 2 years from receipt of the product

to take action.

9.2 Warranty against hidden defects

In accordance with Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, LEGENDE.AI is bound by the warranty against hidden defects. The buyer may choose between rescission of the sale or a price reduction.

Article 10 — Liability

All content on the legende.ai website (text, images, logos, illustrations, software) is protected by

intellectual property law and is the exclusive property of LEGENDE.AI.

Memoir texts generated through the service remain the property of the user. LEGENDE.AI claims no rights over the user's personal content. The user grants LEGENDE.AI a limited processing licence solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Article 12 — Personal Data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available on the website. Data collected is necessary for order processing and service provision. All data is hosted in France.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, users have rights of access, rectification, erasure, and data portability, exercisable by email to contact@legende.ai

Article 13 — Mediation

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in case of an

unresolved dispute, the consumer may resort free of charge to a consumer mediator. The

competent mediator is:

Article 14 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction, subject to mandatory statutory provisions attributing jurisdiction to other courts.
